Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping – $17.00 AUD: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping – $20.00 AUD: 1–3 business days
- Free Standard Shipping: available on qualifying orders (check at checkout for your eligible threshold)
Orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
We ship to over 27 countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by region:
- Asia-Pacific: 7–14 business days
- United States & Canada: 10–20 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 14–30 business days
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Print-on-Demand Items
Some products in our store are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner (Printful) and are produced and shipped directly from their global fulfilment network. Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for production before dispatch. Final delivery times will vary depending on your location.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your print-on-demand order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier's website or through the Shop app.
